At Elias Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The product must be in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The product must not have any stains, damage, odors, or signs of use.
Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Items returned after the 7-day return period.
Products damaged due to improper use or care.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Return Process

Product name
Reason for return
Clear photographs/videos, if required

Our team will review your request and provide further return instructions if the request is approved.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may require valid bank account or other payment details as requested by our support team.

6. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product received from us, Elias Fashion will arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.

For returns due to change of mind, size preference, or personal preference, return shipping charges may be applicable.

7. Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for another size or eligible product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns.

8. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply.
